
Values Exercise: This is a 3-week session where you will identify if you are struggling to live in alignment with your values. Do you know what your values are? If you are not aware and passionate about your values, you’ll create a life that lacks alignment with a purpose and you’ll wonder why you are irritable and discontent. This program will help you discover your values and what they mean to you and how they are showing up in your life every day.
Blueprint For Success: This is a six-week program with exercises and reflection that will clarify your purpose, passion and vision. Do you feel you are meant to be doing more; however uncertain what that would be or how to do it. This is a self-rediscovery journey where you will have the opportunity to discover the hidden potential within you. This program will guide you to dig deep to find the clarity and direction to discover your hidden potential, vision and passion and put it into an actual working plan.
Mastermind Groups:
This is a small, collaborative gathering of like-minded non-profit executives and leaders who meet regularly to provide peer-to-peer mentoring, brainstorm solutions to problems, and hold each other accountable to achieve personal and or professional goals. It is the coordination of knowledge and effort, in a spirit of harmony, between two or more people, for the attainment of a clear and defined purpose. This group offers a powerful mechanism for collective growth by harnessing the combined intellect and experience of its members to achieve goals faster and more effectively than they could alone. This is typically a 6-8 week program; however can last longer.

Description: When working with you one-on-one, it is my highest objective to help you reach your purpose, vision and goals by working a program specific to your professional and personal needs. Together, we will create a strategic, powerful plan for you to gain clarity though our weekly processes.
Coaching is an on-going conversation where I provide encouragement, guidance, and honest feedback, as YOU pursue YOUR personal and /or professional goals. I fully expect you to grow and gain confidence and direction both personally and professionally.
Objectives: MY responsibility is to provide content, insight, tools, wisdom, framework, ideas and feedback. YOUR responsibility is to move from awareness to freedom. My coaching provides a system for you to meet your individual goals to become your “next” best self.
The objectives of coaching include, but are not limited to:

This study reminds the reader that Potential is one of the most powerful words in any language. A
person’s potential implies possibilities. It heralds hope and it unveils greatness in The 15 Invaluable
Laws of Growth.
In this study, we will learn about developing yourself so that you have the best chance of becoming
the person you were created to be. Through personal growth we arrive at our full potential.
To get to where you want to go in life, personal development cannot be overlooked or taken for
granted. This study articulates truths you can apply immediately to make the most of your time,
talents and influence.
Summary of The 15 Laws:
Week 1
1. The Law of Intentionality: Here we learn that growth does not just happen. Do you have a
plan to grow?
2. The Law of Awareness: Here we learn that we must know yourself to grow yourself. Do you
know your strengths, weaknesses, interests, purpose, opportunities?
3. The Law of the Mirror: Here we learn what we value about ourselves and how to add value
to ourselves. Do you have a high level of self-esteem, confidence, and no fear?
Week 2
4. The Law of Reflection: Here we learn to take time to examine our experiences. Do you take
time to examine your behavior, experiences, and circumstances?
5. The Law of Consistency: Here we examine motivation and consistency. Do you know what
you need or how you are going to improve? What are your strengths, weaknesses.
6. The Law of Environment: Here we examine in what environment you best grow. Are you in
a totally wrong field of work or living. Are you bored? What are you doing to lift your spirits
or grow yourself.
Week 3
7. The Law of Design: Here were examine the level of our growth and measure strategies to
achieve current growth. Are you examining where you are now compared to last year?
8. The Law of Pain: Here we examine the good from our bad experiences to help us reach our
full-potential. Are you examining your bad experiences and looking for the good in them?
9. The Law of the Ladder: Here we examine the height of our personal growth vs. that of
character growth. Are we truly looking inside our character strength to build greater
ambition.
Week 4
10. The Law of the Rubber Band: Here we examine when growth stops because we believe we
have reached the level of our capacity. Are you looking for ways to stretch your abilities or
do you believe average is good enough?
11. The Law of the Tradeoffs: Here we question, do you have to give up to go up? Do you
believe that successful people make good tradeoffs and unsuccessful people make bad
tradeoffs?
12. The Law of Curiosity: Here we ask ourselves – Is growth stimulated by asking “why?”.
Important to know that curiosity comes from a desire to learn – the desire to learn. “Why{“
may be your favorite word.
Week 5
13. The Law of Modeling: Here we consider – It’s hard to improve when you have no one but
yourself to follow. This is when you develop a good mentor that possesses wisdom and
experience to guide you. You can only grow as much as “you” can.
14. The Law of Expansion: Here we consider that Growth always increases your capacity? In
what way can you begin to think differently? Stop thinking I and start thinking how can I?
15. The Law of Contribution: Here we learn that growing yourself enables you to grow others.
