Mary is a gifted individual that was able to inspire and engage me, which helped me discover and uncover my hidden giftedness…true potential that was always there but hidden because of an old belief system that told me I was not capable or good enough to pursue dreams. Dreams I didn’t even realize I had. With Mary’s ongoing coaching and thorough ability to ask in-depth questions we further developed a plan that has led me to a self-discovery of happiness and peace. It was though Mary’s loving, spiritual intuitive authentic self that allowed me to feel comfortable to let my guide down and trust myself to begin to share my truths. Truths and fears that were blocking my way of being the best person I could be. I was so stuck for so many years. It was through our coaching sessions where I began to share what was holding me back and why it was holding me back. Together we established a small plan to tackle the issues little by little to address the fear, doubt, shame, hurt and began to move forward toward self-discovery. It was through this process where I finally started to feel confident and realized I was so unhappy in my job and started looking for a new one with confidence. I had developed the self-worth that I deserved something better in my life. I landed a new job, and my life is getting better every day using the tools I’ve learned through my coaching sessions with Mary.  

Mary has done an amazing job in helping me clarify and identify my vision and purpose. I now have the passion I need to move to pursue my dream and not let those old beliefs keep me from following my dreams. Mary is great to work with. She is helping me create an action plan that keeps me focused. It is helping me to significantly improve my performance at work and allowing me to help my colleagues as well. I will continue to work with Mary because of the value of having a coach to ensure staying on track. Mary makes this possible and I am so grateful and will be bringing her into the company for some Lunch and Learn Programs as well.
